Dr. Seuss x CONVERSE Chuck Taylor All Star – The Lorax Pack

Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax is at its heart an environmental fable, telling the tale of the Lorax and his mission to protect the Truffula trees from the Once-Ler, thinly veiled as the personification of industrialization. The film adaptation of the book, first published in 1971, is now the no. 1 movie in America, notwithstanding the middling reviews. We’re happy to report more positive results for the sneaker adaptation, courtesy of Converse and the indefatigable Chuck Taylor silhouette. Two styles in adult sizes — one featuring a blue and white colorway, the other pink and white — are joined by a third in kids sizes. All three feature a white cotton canvas base, with the former two featuring colorful Truffula trees throughout the upper, while the kids’ version bears the Lorax’s likeness. They’re available now directly through Converse.
