The utilitarian nature of the moccasins took on a much more luxurious role over the years thanks in part to the daft marketing plans by Italian fashion house TOD’S. Footwear maker ANDROID HOMME thinks it can enhance that notion somewhat with its own driving moccasins, the ANDROID HOMME Accelerator. Starts off with a pony hair upper, dyed with unique camouflage prints of AH’s own design, each then rest on an articulated rubber outsole for optimal flexibility. The perforated suede rear panel and leather lined insole help to enhance comfort while a set of rope laces in contrast color completes the design. In Natora, Amazonia, and Black Orb camo colorways, all are available now through ANDROID HOMME’s online store and its new flagship store at Downtown Los Angeles.
